Wildwood Lot Owners Association

April Board of Director and Park Council meetings will be moved from 4/11/2020 to 4/18/2020 in order for everyone to spend Easter Weekend with their families.

 

Board meeting will begin at 8:00am in the Board Room.

Park Council meeting will begin at 8:30am in the Clubhouse.

Board will join Park Council in the Clubhouse at 10:00am.

 

Covenants and Bylaws Committee meeting will be moved from 4/12/2020 to 4/19/2020 at 10:00am in the Board Room.

 

We will resume our normal meeting schedule in May.

 

Have a great Easter with your families and we look forward to having our lot owners attend WLOA meetings.

Due to the winter weather forecast, Board, Park Council and Bylaws/Covenants meetings have been cancelled for January 11th/12th.

The Board has rescheduled their meeting for January 18th at 8:00am in the Board room.

Bylaws/Covenants committee has rescheduled for January 19th at 10:00am.

Park Council will meet again at their regularly scheduled February meeting – February 15th at 8:30am in the Maintenance Office.

In addition to the Park Council activities, our new Conservation Club will have a concession stand open during the dance. Stay tuned for their menu and pricing. We are looking forward to see what yumminess they have for us at this dance. The concession stand at the last dance was a big hit.

We’re looking forward to a nice, relaxing weekend in the Woods! Hope everyone is able to join us for the Holiday.

 

Remember, Lot Owners are responsible for any guests that they bring into the Park.

WLOA is excited to announce the following lot sales event. The sole purpose of the program is to generate income to support infrastructure projects.

Program: Aug 10 thru Dec 31, 2019.

An existing Lot Owner may purchase a WLOA owned adjoining or adjacent lot for $2,500 (excludes any WLOA owned lot with a holding tank).

To qualify the Lot Owner must have been in constant good standing since Jan 1, 2019.

80% of the gross proceeds go to infrastructure projects 20% to administrative costs.

Extra costs to Lot Owners may include $200+ title search, $340+ survey, $27+ filing, pro-rated assessments and special assessment. Lot(s) being purchased will be deeded the same as the primary lot.

On July 20th at 11:00am – 2:00pm Conservation Club will be in the Clubhouse trying to secure the club’s future. If you have any interest in keeping the Club together, PLEASE make every effort to stop by and see what you can do to support Conservation at Wildwood.

This is not going to be a three hour meeting. It will entail getting new members signed up and and having current members available to answer any questions you may have.

Since the 4th of July falls during the week and not on the weekend, we don’t have our normal holiday schedule of events like we would if it was a three day weekend. But if you’re looking for something to do, we have events going on Saturday, the 6th.

July 6th @1:00pm: Kickball game at the softball field

July 6th @1:00pm: Cornhole game at the softball field You can play kickball, cornhole, or both! Come out for a great time. Bring a cooler with your water (or other drinks) in it.

July 6th from 5:30pm—8:00pm: Luau at the Clubhouse Pavilion. It will be $10.00 for adult plates & $5:00 for kids plates (10 & under).

The volleyball net will be set up during the luau in case anyone is up for a little friendly competition. There will also be other activities during the luau party.
