Welcome to Wildwood’s Off-Road Playground
Whether you ride an ATV, UTV, dirt bike, or dune buggy — you’ve found your off-road paradise. Wildwood offers 26 miles of scenic gravel roads plus 400 acres of designated ATV trails, ready for exploration and adventure.
To keep things fun and safe for everyone, here are a few basics to know:
- All vehicles must display the proper tags.
- Flags and lights are required for visibility and safety.
- Quiet rides only — make sure your muffler is up to spec.
- Guests must complete an ATV inspection and tag process upon arrival.
- Riders under 14 may only operate side-by-sides with proper supervision and safety measures.
Each guest vehicle and ATV requires its own entry envelope. Be sure to follow all check-in procedures at the Security gate and Office for a smooth start to your ride.
Important Policy Updates and Reminders
To keep Wildwood safe, private, and in compliance with updated park regulations, all off-road vehicle owners – including guests – must now provide proof of general liability insurance for any gas-powered vehicle over 49cc (ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, etc.). Documentation can be brought to the office or emailed to wildwoodoffice@wildwoodassociation.com.
Key points to keep in mind with the rules and requirements:
- All ATVs and off-road vehicles must be registered and tagged through the WLOA Office, with tags clearly displayed.
Riders must follow equipment rules: mufflers, lights, and flags are required. Violations can lead to fines or bans. - Guests’ ATVs require an inspection and temporary tag upon arrival. Lot owners are held responsible for their guests’ compliance.
- Attempting to bypass these policies can result in $500 fines per violation.
- For full rules, including riding hours, vehicle conduct, and trail access, see the WLOA Rules and Regulations and Vehicle Insurance Policy Letter.
