Covenants & Bylaws Committee

Covenants & Bylaws Committee has been formed and consist of the following people: Chris Oliver & Richie Haefner (Board members), Amanda Smurl & Vickie Studley (Park Council members), and Trudi Elliott (Lot Owner at large). 

Committee meetings are opened to all Lot Owners who wish to observe the process. If you wish to provide input into the meetings you may do so by emailing the Committee at CBMembers@wildwoodassociation.com. 

Unless otherwise stated on this web page, all meetings are held in the board room.

Meeting Schedule:

  • NOTICE: The April 11, 2021 meeting has been moved back from its normal 10:00am start time until 1:00pm.
  • January 2021 meeting cancelled. Will meet as scheduled on February 14, 2021
  • January 10, 2021 meeting postponed until January 17, 2021
  • August 9, 2020 meeting cancelled pending assessment ballot results
  • UPDATE: Because Mother’s Day is May 12th, 2020 (our next regularly scheduled meeting) we will be meeting on May 5th at 10:00am in the board room. As always, you’re welcome to attend.
  • April 19, 2020 meeting cancelled due to Covid-19
  • April 2020 meeting: PLEASE NOTE – Due to our April meeting falling on Easter Sunday, C/B committee will meet on the 19th instead of the 12th.
  • January 12, 2020 – postponed due to weather
  • December 15, 2019 – cancelled due to weather
  • Unless otherwise notified, meetings going forward will be held on the  Sunday following normally scheduled Board of Director & Park Council meetings.
